Isaac Brooks Sanders and Kershanna Seaborn turned themselves in Wednesday on expenses associated to the video, authorities stated.
Within the video, Sanders might be seen abusing a pet whereas Seaborn watched, in keeping with officers.
Sanders is charged with animal cruelty and failure to look after an animal.
Seaborn is charged with failure to look after an animal.
They have been arraigned in 38th District Court docket and are being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
