Rose McGowan has accused director Alexander Payne of sexual misconduct in an incident when she was 15 years outdated.
The “Charmed” actress — and vocal Harvey Weinstein accuser — tweeted about her alleged encounter with Payne, 59.
“Alexander Payne. You sat me down & played a soft-core porn movie you directed for Showtime under a different name,” she wrote early Monday. “I still remember your apartment in Silverlake. You are very well-endowed. You left me on a street corner afterwards. I was 15.”
In one other tweet, McGowan posted a headshot of herself at 15.
“I just want an acknowledgement and an apology,” she stated. “I do not want to destroy.”
McGowan doesn’t element the alleged assault involving Payne, the two-time Oscar winner for “The Descendants” and “Sideways” and ex-husband of “Grey’s Anatomy” star Sandra Oh.
It could have occurred round 1988, when Payne was 27.
Payne couldn’t be reached for remark.
