McAllen police investigators say in a possible trigger affidavit that 40-year-old Richard Ford refused to talk to them about his spouse’s disappearance and denied seeing her the day she was final seen alive.
Ford is charged with aggravated kidnapping/sexual abuse and is scheduled to face additional expenses Tuesday afternoon on the Hidalgo County jail when he’s set to seem earlier than a choose on extra expenses associated to 37-year-old Melissa Banda’s demise.
